Janis D Kuna , ID March 09, 2015 The bake element and broiler element were not working but the stovetop was The bake element had sparked when turned on, and then the oven would't heat. The bake element was actually broken in half. I ordered a new control board as well because it seemed that it had to be more than the bake element alone, because the broiler element also wouldn't work. The video was totally helpful for installation instructions.I am a woman with no repair skills, but I did the troubleshooting and repair myself with the exception that I needed help identifying the tool to take off the back of the oven and pulling the electrical connections out of the old control unit. The regular mail took about 3 days, but I really didn't need my oven so I didn't choose the more expensive, faster mail service.
