Joseph D Merced, , CA February 28, 2017 Both the electronic interface control panel and the electronic control board were replaced I had to order both parts to figure what the problem was since no codes for trouble shooting were applicable. I began by turning off both water supplies and unplugging the unit. Next, I needed to remove the top cover of the front loading Maytag Epic Z washer. Then disconnected each of the electronic plugs that connected to the old CCU board and using a hex head driver, I needed to remove the electronic interface. Once removed and the new parts arrived, I reconnected all of the parts, in reverse order. Replaced all of the screws and replaced the top lid. I then turned the water supply on and plugged in the unit. I then tested the unit be pressing multiple buttons and cycles. Finally, I filled the reservoirs with washing liquids and set a load to wash. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
