A service technician performed diagnostics and showed me the error code. He told me it was either the main control board (easier swap) or inverter board (more difficult to get to). He also told me to try swapping the main board first to see if that fixes it. I ordered both parts and found two YouTube videos (duct tape repair guy) for my husband to follow. Swapping the main board did not fix it, but swapping the inverter board did the job. Side note: after installing the main control board I used the small business card included in the package to get instructions for programming my washer’s personality.
