Following the advice of AppliancePartsPros.com, replacing the drain pump fixed the issue....I even found a small toy lodged in the impeller which likely burned out the motor. The video provided was overall accurate, but my model required a bit more work to gain access. This included removing the front door, then kick plate, then bottom access cover, then sound proofing. It wasn't as simple as tilting the machine up like the video showed, but still was a pretty straightforward job.
