Google search for error codes and found the probability of a problem with the control board. Called a Sears Repair service and they advised it was the thermostat. We replaced the thermostat and the oven still didn't work. Called the repairman back out and got a different person. They said it was the control board but they were no longer available. He suggested a search on the intranet and we found a company to rebuild the item.
Our original parts ordered from Appliance Parts Pro were delivered to us on time, actually well ahead of what I expected. The other part I ordered, the oven valve was delivered the next day. Today I am replacing one of the igniters and it has only taken two (2) days to get that part processed and sent to me.
When I was speaking with the company representative and ordering the parts she was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If I asked a question, and I asked many of them, and she couldn't answer it she would put me on hold for a minute and then provide the information to me.
Overall, working with the staff has been a very pleasant experience. My original issue was the control board but turned into a "rebuild". Without their videos and expertise the job would have been much more difficult.
