I wanted to thank you for the helpful video's on dryer issues. My daughter's dry quit turning, figured it was the belt. Watched the video on belt replacement. Took the dryer apart, it wasn't the belt, bummer. Thinking about the video's I'd watched, checked the drum rollers, they seamed fine. While checking the rollers, bumped something near the tensioning pulley that was loose. Turned out to be motor clamp. It was bent/out of shape which allowed the motor to move/shift. Thought maybe that might cause an issue somewhere that would cause the dryer not to work. Found clamps on your site. I hate ordering on the internet so called your 1-800 nember. Guy who answered was great. Wanted to verify the part number to the dryer model before placing the order to make sure the right part was being ordered, nice. Part shipped Monday evening, I had it Wednesday and the dryer was working Thursday, sometimes life can be so good.
So after all that mindless babble....

And maybe something to add to why the drum doesn't turn, motor clamps could be added as a consideration.
