I turned off the electric at the electric panel for the dryer. Then I took apart the inside area were the lint filter was held and vacuumed it out with a small wet and dray vac. This collected all excess lint that had passed the worn filter that was being replaced. Then checked for any problems any where else, I saw none so I replaced all four screws and then fitted the new replacement filter. The new filter fit perfectly. The new replacement filter came quickly after I ordered it, the price was as expected, and the product was the correct one for my machine. Thank you Appliance Parts Pros.
