Christine B Woodinville , WA June 24, 2017 Appliance: Maytag Washer MHW7000AG2 Maytag Washer Mhw7000ag2: Error codes f06 and e02. How to replace Part Core Refund. Replaced the motor control unit. Original unit had burn marks on the board Like others on here, had the error codes flash on the display, the door was locked, and machine ceased to function. Tried resetting by unplugging, but same errors eould come up. Door eventually unlocked to get my clothes out. Researched online and found this website. Decided to follow the directions on taking the part out to see if that was truly my problem and sure enough there were scorch marks on the motor board. Thought it was worth a shot to replace and see if it would work after replacing. The return policy made it a no brainer. Nothing to lose! So glad it's fixed! Video made it easy. Hard part was moving the heavy appliance, but my son helped me with that. Part arrived quickly so wasn't out of a washer for long. 59 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
