Just 2 months outside the 5 Year warranty I decided to tackle myself. Youtube was helpful with location and disassemble procedures. Did obvious checks, filter, removed hoses for inspection, first replaced water pump motor but original motor was OK. Trouble shot to missing 110vac fed from relay RY1 on main board to pump motor. Main board components is sealed in a layer of epoxy so I was unable to repair without replacing entire main circuit board. Replacing the circuit board fixed the issue. Samsung support could not and would not offer any support, my next washing machine will not come form Samsung. I suspect the new board/relay will fail again in 5 years. Appliance Parts Pros web sight was extremely helpful in providing the correct part numbers to match my washing machine model number. I was impressed with the prompt shipment to Chattanooga,TN. I ordered each part and received the item the next day in both cases. The parts looked to be original replacement equipment and reasonably priced.
