Anthony S Naples , FL December 16, 2016 The existing drip tray is plastic covered by a layer of a material that acts and looks like chrome the metalized material has flaked off in many spots Purchased a plastic tray that is black for under $10 versus paying up to $68 on on one with the metalized covering which would over time once again flake off. There is no repair required, just lift out the old drip tray and put in the black replacement. Actually the black tray looks like it was always there. 9 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
