We called a serviceman who said we needed a new oven control board (OCB) and that all told it would be $370 installed. Found online manual, part # and your website. The installation video was amazingly straightforward so I ordered the part and performed the install myself. Stove works great, and, at $177 I saved almost $200! Too bad I hadn't done a little more research online b/c I eventually found that our situation was a classic OCB replacement and I could have avoided the $68 service call. Still saved $130, though, and am confident I would try another repair in the future. Combining the videos with the part sales is a brilliant idea - keep up the great work! I have bookmarked your site and have told others. Our 12 year old stove has a new life!
