Remove the upper back over plate, remove four screws, unplug the old module, plug in the new module, put it all back together. Two gotchas: on our stove, the module is held in by four screws that require square key bits to remove (like Allen keys, but square), and the front cover that has the legends and the like on it is stuck to the front of the module and impossible to remove intact. When you buy a new module, go ahead and buy the cover, as well. We'll have to pull it all apart again to replace the one we tried to move over.
