After searching online for more information about the error code and determining what the problem was (since we did not receive any helpful information in owner's manual), I ordered the part (ice maker fan) and also ordered the evaporator fan motor (since they are on the same panel) from AppliancePartsPros.com. When I removed the panel where the fans/motors are, the ice maker fan was sticky -- it would grind when trying to turn it by hand.
I replaced both fans/motors on the panel and put the panel back on (getting the freezer drawers, door, and panel out was the part that took the longest).
