Removed catch cover to clear debris. Unfortunately there were no debris. Tried to run drain mode with door open. Could hear pump making noise bit the impeller wasn't rotating.
New pump didn't fit on old housing so I had to remove both the rear panel and the front bottom panel. Kit came with new attachment screws and new housing. Everything fit fine. Washer actually runs faster than before. Apparently the pump had been struggling for a while and was taking multiple spin cycles to drain a regular load.
The video I watched showed unstacking the washer/dryer and tilting the washer on the side. I found this unnecessary just awkward doing all the work laying down.
You will need a torx bit to remove back panel and install new pump. You will need a Phillips bit to remove old pump and front panel. You will need pliers to remove and replace the drain hose clamp. A flashlight is handy.
