My appliance is a Kenmore, and even though the video mentioned lots of other brands, it showed the exact same problem I was having. My dispenser motor just spun and spun, never stopping at the various positions it was apparently supposed to. Then it would trip the F30 code. The part description again mentioned these other brands but did say in fine print it fits some Kenmore products. I could tell visually from the video the part was the same as on my washer so I felt confident the part would fit. I ordered it, it arrived in one or two days, I installed it (about a 5-minute job if that) and tested the washer. It worked great! Before I put the top back on, I could watch the new motor spin and stop in various positions as it's supposed to - in contrast to the old part which would spin and never stop - just like the example shown in the video. This is my first experience with Appliance Parts Pros and on a 1 to 10, I'd give it a solid 10. I hate fixing appliances, but the watching their video I found when I googled the error code, ordering the part, and doing the repair was a total time investment of about 30 minutes. The cost was $56 including tax and expedited freight. Calling a repair shop would have taken more time coordinating and having the visit plus it certainly would have cost a lot more. I'm too busy to write reviews, but I received an email asking if I would and it was such a good overall experience I thought this might help someone else on the fence considering doing the repair themselves. It was all very easy.
