Lawrence L Fallbrook , CA September 20, 2019 F30 error code My appliance is a Kenmore, and even though the video mentioned lots of other brands, it showed the exact same problem I was having. My dispenser motor just spun and spun, never stopping at the various positions it was apparently supposed to. Then it would trip the F30 code. The part description again mentioned these other brands but did say in fine print it fits some Kenmore products. I could tell visually from the video the part was the same as on my washer so I felt confident the part would fit. I ordered it, it arrived in one or two days, I installed it (about a 5-minute job if that) and tested the washer. It worked great! Before I put the top back on, I could watch the new motor spin and stop in various positions as it's supposed to - in contrast to the old part which would spin and never stop - just like the example shown in the video. This is my first experience with Appliance Parts Pros and on a 1 to 10, I'd give it a solid 10. I hate fixing appliances, but the watching their video I found when I googled the error code, ordering the part, and doing the repair was a total time investment of about 30 minutes. The cost was $56 including tax and expedited freight. Calling a repair shop would have taken more time coordinating and having the visit plus it certainly would have cost a lot more. I'm too busy to write reviews, but I received an email asking if I would and it was such a good overall experience I thought this might help someone else on the fence considering doing the repair themselves. It was all very easy. Read More... 13 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers, Socket Set

Amanda O Fort Worth , TX February 14, 2020 Appliance: Model MAYTAG 3000 WASHING MACHINE FRONT LOAD F30 error on maytag 3000 front load washer I had an F30 error on my Maytag 3000 front load washer, found y'alls video on YouTube and actually followed your link and bought the Motor & Switch Assembly WPW10143586 from your website. It came next day, was amazing! I followed the video and everything went great except I wish the order would have come with that $4 Dispenser Actuator Cam WP8540393 part. My old motor had blue round part that has an equally slotted bit but y'alls new motor has a orange top with a slightly off center spot to attach the old Actuator Cam. Otherwise great experience, thank you all for posting the HOW TO videos and for having LOWER prices than amazon! In future though I would strongly recommend including the actuator part along with the motor and switch assembly as a packaged deal, even if it cost a little more because there was no way for me to see the small difference.
