After paying for an $85 service call and getting an estimate for $377 to fix my washer I decided to Google it!! I'm so glad I did, I was not alone. The machine was washing but not engaging to the next step to drain and spin the clothes. It worked fine if I turned the knob and selected the option manually. Found the website that gave diagnostic directions to verify and explain the error code. Through the process of elimination I was able to determine the problem. The YouTube video was extremely helpful!! I ordered the Shift Actuator for ApplaincePartsPros.com which was about $20 less than our local parts store, it was delivered in less than 48 hours. Following the video instructions, it took my husband and I about 20 minutes to change the part and we are back in operation. Everything is running like brand new!! Thank you AppliancePartsPros.com!!
