Washer failed one night, gushing 15+ gallons of water across the floors. Called appliance service company out to take a look at it. Service rep. determined problem was drain pump and/or pressure switch. But because our washer was over 10-12yrs old, he claimed that parts were no longer available and we'd need to buy another washer. I went online to Appliance Parts Pros the next day, found the parts, watched their helpful DIY videos and ordered the parts. When the parts arrived the next day (yes, the next day!) I jumped right into the project already confident of the DIY due to the online help videos from Appliance Parts Pro. 20min later I was done and the washer was back up and running loads of laundry which made the wife very happy.
