Replacement. Please note, the replacement part available only comes in the color black. We needed a grey switch and subsequently, we painted it to match existing. The part does not fit exactly in the opening. The original had square corners, the replacement has rounded corners, Therefore, a very slight opening existed at the corners. (about 1/16"). The part works fine, just a slight deviation from original. No instructions came with the part.
