Bruce B Henry , IL May 28, 2016 Appliance: Model KITCHEN AID KERC607HBS8 All fetures of the electric range functioned properly except the bake element did not work After the element tested okay with an ohmmeter, I traced the electrical circuit using the schematic diagram. Power was coming to the power board however, the circuit was not completed within the board to the bake element when the oven was turned on. I concluded that the power board was failing to close the circuit properly. This diagnosis was confirmed by checking Appliance Parts Pros Q&A website information. Ordered and installed a new board.
