How to replace Temperature Switch. This was part of what seemed like a total restoration of my washer. It started out with the machine agitating while filling. But as I tried to disassemble it I uncovered a variety of stuck, and rusted parts that I also replaced. One major lesson I learned was not to buy knock-off replacements. The first ATC/LS switch I got was faulty and caused me to hunt for other causes. I replaced the timer, timer delay, transmission, water pump, flow sensor, pressure hose, etc. Lesson learned: Buy genuine OEM parts. They cost more but minimize the risk of replacing a bad part with a faulty one. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
