Called appliance parts pro & the lady on the phone was very helpful. We decided it was either a faulty latch or a control panel. She gave part #'s & prices for all. I started with the latch kit. She said if that didn't work I could return it. The part came 3 days later. It worked! Saved me from buying a new dishwasher.
