Searched probable causes of which evaporator motor fan not turning was listed. Removed fan cover in freezer and motor was not turning when compressor ran. Checked and found proper voltage to the motor. Disconnected motor leads and checked windings to find they were open. Ordered motor from Appliance Parts Pros and received in less than 48 hours. Replaced in less than 30 minutes.
