I could not be happier with my Appliance Parts Pros experience. I googled my symptoms, and the 2nd result was a video from Appliance Parts Pros describing what the problem might be and exactly how to fix it. There was such a close match between my symptoms and the description that I ordered the parts --- with a 365 day return policy, my risk was limited.
Almost too good to be true, the parts arrived next business day! I took it slow (about an hour) to install the new evaporator fan motor, blade, and grommet. Installation was trouble free on my 12 year old KitchenAid refrigerator, and the problem is now resolved.
I can't think of a way the experience could have been better.
