I Googled the problem and found the appliancepartspros video that walked me through possible troubleshooting and repairs. It made sense, so I ordered the part for the evaporator motor. The damper control was making noise so I went ahead and ordered that as well.
I think the hardest part of the repair was the tight space that I was working in. The video was very thorough and helpful. I compared prices with amazon.com and decided even though it was a little cheaper on Amazon I felt there was value in the repair videos that you offer so I ordered my parts from appliancepartspros.
