By phone, your company was helpful in identifying the Samsung parts I needed. They arrived in about four days. We took out the broken part and easily replaced the matching parts using the old screws since the rep said there were no screws listed. There was one little part that would not snap in place easily, but with a little maneuvering went in place. In total it took ten minutes and was relatively easy.
