Do-It-Yourself Story

My freezer was working but the fridge was warm. I called a local repair guy., i gave him all the info on the fridge and the problem and he wanted $250 minimum without even coming to look at it. so i posted question on the site. got an answer back to the most likely part which was the cold control/ thermostat. . i read the other reviews on similiar repairs, i ordered the $85 part, installed it, All working again I had no idea what i was doing and it took all of 12 minutes. The hardest part was digging through my tool box to find a 1/4 inch nut driver
