Fridge and Freezer were getting too warm. Noticed frost on the back of the freezer and because of Appliance Parts Pros great site, I was able to diagnose a broken defrost heater in the freezer. Got the parts after two days. It took forever to defrost the freezer and then the evaporator coils of all the frozen ice and soak up the melted water with towels. But after the excellent video instructions by Appliance Parts Pros changing out the defrost heater was a breeze. Also changed out the Defrost Thermostat and Temp sensor in the freezer as well since I was in there. Videos for each of those made the repair very simple. Needed to go out and grab some wire nuts (didn't have any in the packs) but other than that the repair was seamless. Everything is working fine now. I'm pretty handy but have never done any repairs on a refrigerator but the instructions and videos helped a lot. Thanks AppliancePartsPros.com!
