I am a 71 year old woman and my husband is 76. Neither of us has training or experience in appliance repair. We viewed Youtube videos, then ordered one part from another site. They originally told us it was in stock, then had to backorder it. After two weeks, I found this site, ordered the part and cancelled the previous order. The part arrived as stated in good condition and it was easy to install. The refrigerator still didn't cool, so we went back to Youtube videos and diagnoses a second problem. Order a second part from this site and it was delivered as stated on time. That fixed the problem and we now have a working refrigerator. Thanks to your help, we were able to do what two appliance repairmen could not. It is very easy to use this site and customer service helpful and efficient. I will never go back to the other site, which some Youtube videos recommend. I might even have bought a new refrigerator (even though mine is only 7 years old) except most have to be backordered now due to shortages. I cannot say enough good things about Appliancepartspros.
