Michael E Parker , CO October 23, 2017 Appliance: Model RF265AABB Freezer not cold enough and ice maker stopped making ice. Defrost element checked bad. Defrost element had a faulty connection which was causing it to work or not. Although sensors checked out, I went ahead and replaced all three items.
