Daniel H Oakley , CA November 05, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RF263BEAESR/AA-0000 Temperature read on display was higher than it really was inside the frigerator and it froze the food inside the frigerator it constantly ran because the temp sensor broke Poped off plastics caseing inside the frigerator. Unscrewed 4 screws holding black fan inplace. Followed yellow wire to locate white sensor. Need to be careful not to break styrofoam, don't force it, it should seporate from plastic easy as long as the 4 screws are out. Swap it for the new one and button it back up. While I was in there I replaced the defrost sensor and the other sensor next to the heating rod. Also I know there is an issue with drain hole plugging up with ice so I extended the metal tab deeper into the hole. Now the frig works great. The web page made it easy to navigate through the diagram to find the part in my frig. Susan S Nuevo , CA March 18, 2018 Samsung french door fridge ice build up on back wall jamming fan Looked up similar problems on internet. Watched U-Tube fixes and removal of back panel. Took 24 hours to defrost and be able to remove back panel and syrofoam in one piece. Then went to AppliancePartsPros.com, ordered all the defrost parts with some help by Chat to get right pieces for my fridge model. The parts arrived in 2 days. It was very simple followed video. Took about 1 hour to remove and replace parts. All parts are plug in so minimal tool requirement. I waited over month to make sure it had solved problem and fridge is working as it should now no apparent problems. Contacting Samsung only gave the answer of "call a technician" at about $500.00!! The parts and shipping were less than $100.00. I am 71 and female. Anyone could do this repair. Peter E Louisville , OH October 23, 2015 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RF267AERS/XAA-0001 Coil in refridgerator was frozen as possible drain sensor went bad After searching YouTube, found a problem others were having similar to mine. So I researched Google online and Appliance Parts Pros was one of the first searches listed and I went in to search for my parts. Called. Representative on the phone advised me it also could be the defrost sensor that may have caused the water to freeze and slowly leak down below the pullout drawer as it tried to defrost. So I ordered both the drain sensor and defrost sensor and replaced them. Working fine so far. Will have to wait and see in about 2 months to see if ice builds up again. Otherwise very helpful representative and over night delivery worked perfect!
