Checked info on the internet; have found 5 reasons for my problem; intuitively and with some hints from the internet I could identify 2 reasons for the failure: starting capacitor and evaporator fan motor; videos helped very much during repair.

PS: all of my Whirlpool utilities failed within 10 years; especially gas dryer, double stove, wash machine, microwave, and fridge / freezer
