When I replaced my condenser fan motor, the ground wire was connected in the back. So I had to reach my arm around the big main motor in the fridge and put an extension on my screwdriver/socket attachment to reach the screw to undo the ground wire. When I put the new condenser fan motor in I made sure to connect the ground wire in the front so it would be easier to reach if I ever had to deal with it again. The new part didn't quite click in when you click the plastic wire connector together, so I ended up using a zip tie to hold it together.
