When this happens the following things can go wrong: The fan, the defrost heater, sensors, or the main control board. I contact AP Pros and they e-mailed me a troubleshoot guide which work wonders for me, so i trimmed down to the defrost heater, which AP Pros also have a video on how to replaced it. SIMPLY AWESOME ALL THE WAY!!!! If you follow my lead you won't have any problems. TIPS ON REPLACING IT: Make sure when you detach the old and new defrost heater, which comes attached on the Assy evaporator- Ref you should be very careful in order to not brake or damage the refrigerant line, do it SLOWLY, also on the brackets at the bottom be very GENTLE on working there so you don't brake it. Other than that follow the instructions and you will be set. The fridge is now working perfectly. Thank you AP Pros!!!!
