Asked a question on-line; received an answer in less than 15 minutes. Ordered replacement grill [w/o stainless steel front]. Price was the lowest I found. Received part in 2 days. Removed stainless steel front from old grill and installed on new part [be CAREFUL; SS metal front has very sharp edges!] Total time for replacement from taking old SS front off to final installation would have been only 20-25 minutes except two plastic lower tabs on new part were not molded correctly and would not slide all the way to the right in the slots on microwave front; had to carefully remove some of the plastic on the tabs before the new grill would slide all the way to the right. Overall, very satisfied
