Erin K Folsom , CA May 22, 2017 Front load washer had a broken suspension spring Removed the old spring, watched a You Tube video on how to replace the spring. Trick was to use a thin rope to lift the spring and drum back into place. Worked very well, replaced both springs and have a fully functioning washing machine!
