After watching the repair videos provided by your company, I ordered 2 of the recommended parts. However, I had to order the third suggested part to complete the repair. My son was able to replace all three parts, using the videos. I am so happy. Now I need to order a new control knob and the foam seal. Thank you for providing the how to videos and the troubleshooting. Hopefully my 20 year old dryer will last a while longer.
