William T Islip Terrace , NY August 29, 2015 Appliance: Model CALORIC RSS369-UL Gas oven was not igniting or intermittently igniting Used internet to troubleshoot problem. It was interesting to find out that the gas valve safety feature was controlled by the amount of current drawn by the porcelain igniter. My igniter was glowing but was not drawing the require minimum current of 2.8 amps.
