I bought the part from APP.com and the replacement was simply. I pulled it into the receptacle, put the door back together and then adhered the new keypad to the door. This tool about 30 mins in total and only need a putty knife to remove the old one and a screwdriver to put the door back together. Probably saved myself a $200-$300 labor repair cost.
