The first and second time our refrigerator quit, we paid a service company over $400 to come and fix it. The second time, I watched the repair, so I knew which part was the problem. That is the Inverter Board that is in a gray plastic box that is attached to the side of the compressor (on the Monogram). The inverter is the brains of the refrigerator. Other refrigerators have a similar board located inside a metal panel on the back of the refrigerator - youtube has plenty of examples that show the remove and replacement of such boards. OK, I googled and found a lot of inverter boards, but nothing exactly matched the P/N that was on our gray box. Darn. I called AppliancePartsPros.com and spoke with a tech there. He recommended P/N WR49X10283. That comes with two jumpers, one of which is needed to match a wiring connection on the Monogram. The new Inverter W/jumpers Kit arrived the next day. The R&R procedure takes about 45 minutes. Refer runs like new again. Thanks to the A P Pros.
