John M San Jose , CA October 03, 2014 Gears in gear box for trash compactor stripped Obtain replacement gear box. Would have had to rebuild counter and move sinks to replace the compactor. New models all 15" wide. Old models 12" inches wide. Ordered and received parts in 2 working days. Save me many dollars beig able to do this. I am NOT mechanical.
