I removed the old grill, since it was cracked and dirty. I just simply removed the screws from the top of the microwave and remove the old grill. The new grill was easy as just lining up all the tabs and popped in the new grill. When putting in the grill, just offset the grill a little to the left, and shift it right so the plastic hooks lock in.
