Donald C Philadelphia , PA April 10, 2015 The grill on the microwave detached Before getting the replacement from AppliancePartsPros.com, I tried to use a washer, I tried to push it up and told my wife just be careful. That didn't work very well. Upon receiving the replacement from AppliancePartsPros.com I unscrewed the broken pieces, positioned the new grill and screwed it in place. Thanks for the ordering help to get me the right fixture for my microwave. Wife is happy, so I am happy. Item 14 on the honey-do-list, Done!!!
