Donald C Philadelphia , PA April 10, 2015 The grill on the microwave detached Before getting the replacement from AppliancePartsPros.com, I tried to use a washer, I tried to push it up and told my wife just be careful. That didn't work very well. Upon receiving the replacement from AppliancePartsPros.com I unscrewed the broken pieces, positioned the new grill and screwed it in place.
