Thomas W Dallas , OR April 12, 2015 The grille vent on my microwave was broken when i tried to remove it for cleaning I discovered that two of the retention tabs on the grate are actually retained by screws, and those two tabs were broken when I pried the grate off. I ordered the new part, which fit perfectly, but I had to partially uninstall the over-the-range microwave in order to do so. I loosened the support screws that hold the microwave up and lowered the front of the machine to expose the screws that needed to be removed and replaced. Once I reinstalled microwave, it looks like new again. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
