I bought the replacement handle from here, but it needed work before it fit. I just cut the "nubs" flush with the handle using a hacksaw blade and it was all good. To remove the door, you take off the plastic inner coverusing a putty knife or scraper, then the door will lift off. After that it's all simple screwdriver work.
