I replaced Heater-Spiral assembly. The hardest part was physically moving the dryer from a tight space by myself (after moving the washer out of the way). Removing the back required a Torx bit for this particular unit, which I luckily had for my cordless screwdriver. I took the time to thoroughly clean everything while I had it apart. Putting the exhaust vent hose back on was an adventure... the heater was the easiest part! The customer service rep I spoke to was EXTREMELY helpful, and she made sure I was getting the right part to address the symptom. Thank you!
