Rhonda C Lincolnton , NC January 03, 2015 Appliance: Model BOSCH DRYER My dryer would run but would not heat the thermostat reset button kept tripping We decided to just replace the heating element, which included the thermostat when we bought it. It was a very easy fix. After removing the back of the dryer, the heating element was on the bottom right. Just had to pull the connections loose and reconnect them to the new part. Reassembled the dryer and it works perfectly. We are very pleased and will order from AppliancepartsPros again! We received our part in 2 days with regular shipping! That's a big deal when you have an appliance that does not work. Thanks so much! Susan C Stow , MA August 11, 2020 Appliance: Model WTVC3300US/10 No heat I replaced Heater-Spiral assembly. The hardest part was physically moving the dryer from a tight space by myself (after moving the washer out of the way). Removing the back required a Torx bit for this particular unit, which I luckily had for my cordless screwdriver. I took the time to thoroughly clean everything while I had it apart. Putting the exhaust vent hose back on was an adventure... the heater was the easiest part! The customer service rep I spoke to was EXTREMELY helpful, and she made sure I was getting the right part to address the symptom. Thank you!
