I ordered a heating coil thinking that was the problem, and when we got in there the thermostat had disintegrated as well. I love the live help I love the fact that I can tell them the problem and give them my model number and they suggest the part and take care of all the ordering and get it out to me. It arrives so quickly I was only without a dryer for two days even with having to order a second part
