Everything was pretty much straight forward with replacing the PCB board part number LRC 62707723 on my LG Dyer, initially the problem was that the dryer was not heating up at all. So I called the LG hotline which is a waste of time and a joke. So I called a repair man recommended by LG and he came out to the house at a charge of $85.00 and said it would cost $500.00 to fix but the part would take three weeks to get. On the day he arrived I was not home so that's what he told my wife. So I just decided to put my 25 years of Naval knowledge and philosophy of "if it breaks fix it" to use. So I begin watch a couple video's on youtube on how these dryers come apart. After watching a few on YOUTUBE on dryers that were not like mine I figured it out. I called the Appliance Parts Pros to order the PCB board, the customer service from beginning to end was outstanding! The customer service rep. was very helpful because she could understand me and my I don't know anything about dryer parts and nomenclature language babble. And also received an email from Appliance Parts Pros letting me know that my part was on the way as well as a FEDEX tracking order number which was also very cool. Anyway I received the my part in three days and I had the dryer put back together and running with heat in 45 minutes only because I had put the drum belt on wrong way and had to take the front of the dryer apart to put that on right and there is a good YouTube video on that as well. I have nothing but great things to say about Appliance Parts Pros you guys rock! And most importantly my wife is not asking me when are you going to fix the dryer?
